Recent upgrades

As you may have (or may have not) seen, Metal-Temple.com has gone through major internal improvements.
During the past month we've done the following things:

- Moved to a fast dedicated server from our old regular shared hosting. Costs around 12 times more but it's also that much faster.
- Upgraded OC Portal from version 4.3.2 to 6.0. This was a major upgrade since the old platform was made for a few dozens of entries and the new one was redesigned for several millions. That made the magazine's overall response much, much faster.
- As a result to the above, the previous search version took around a couple of minutes to return results. Now it only needs a few (usually 2-4) seconds. Talking about improvement!
- Fixed several bugs and implemented many more speed improvements, way too many to mention.
- Optimized the first page's look, moved around some elements, removed some obsolete ones, added some new ones.

All of the above are just a part of the necessary preparations for the new awesome interface that is coming soon, with even more improvements.
