For me, it's the first four songs on "Dead Again" which I still love today and served as a gateway to me discovering their amazing back catalogue.

I'm going to have to say the Type O song "Pyretta Blaze" off of World Coming Down. It's one of my favorite Type O songs; the way that Pete Steele sings "aaaaahhhhh Py-ret-ta Blaaaaze" in the song's chorus gives me chills.
