And again, Sweden bastards from
ABRAMIS BRAMA come with a new album,
“Enkel Biljett”.
A pure breed Stoner Rock stallion, singing in their native language (so don’t ask you Ol’
Big Daddy what they say), with that feeling of a dirty and smoke pub, seeming to a have a quartet of beard bear-men playing as some of the customers are brawling. And it’s good. But don’t get the wrong idea, for these guys really know how to play heavy.
The production is made in a form to sound clear in a way you can hear all instruments clearly and the musical arrangements, but as well to sound oiled and with that 70 feeling extremely necessary for Stoner bands.
Of course, the album is good, having some fine moments on
“Enkelt Biljett”, the charming and melodic
“Vaggar Mig Till Ro”, the melodic and more cleaner
“Ett Steg Från Graven”, the energetic and savage
“S.M.E.L. (Sanning, Myter Eller Lögn)”, and the beautiful
“Lång Tripp”.
Besides this album is not a classic of their style, nor their best one, is good and deserves to be heard in high tunes at your house.
