Bloodtruth - Obedience

BLOODTRUTH is an Italian death metal band from Perugia, they were formed in 2009 and "Obedience" is their first full length album.  Funny enough BLOODTRUTH used to be a side project of country mates FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE and later on with an update of new members they became a proper fulltime band, good thing that happened because they kick ass.

First track "Subvenite" has a cool intro with the feeling of confessing all your sins and then all of sudden you are "Surrounded By Blind Bigots" fast pace and grotesque vocals, good riffs all over, not so complicated but very cool indeed. "Throes Of Death" is total onslaught, death metal at its best, excellent drumming, all the songs are well arranged with lots of variations, cool solos and at times the voices in the background  are like a macabre choral. We have seen lots of death metal bands coming to life from everywhere and it is very nice to see awesome bands coming from Italy- a country cursed by the catholic church, still we see some smart people there making great music.

"Quench Your Thirst" my friend and beg for more, BLOODTRUTH has given us an excellent album and I do hope they keep up with the quality for the other albums to come. "Quench Your Thirst" you have been "Coerced To Serve" again good music all over, aggressive with lots of hate, total brutality. "Obedience" is the last track.  It has good bass lines, brutal vocals, and reminds me of old KRISIUN- total killer.

The production is very good and the art on the cover is top notch. I believe that you guys are up for a brutal kind of treat, serve your Death Metal with respect. I gurantee only the good stuff from this band, stay tuned for additional quality material out of these guys.
