Bullet For My Valentine - Venom Award winner

Bullet For My Valentine
by Chelsea Jennings at 24 August 2015, 2:44 AM

BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE are a metal band from Bridgend, Wales. Since BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S formation in 2005, they have found increasing success with each release of every album, and from the sounds of it "Venom" will not be any different from the past albums they have put out. BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE will put out their latest release "Venom" via Sony Music on August 14th, 2015.

BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE are back strong as ever with Matthew Tuck's strong vocals returning to the forefront of the action, and he artfully mixes "clean vocals" and "melodies" with screams and wails to create a classic BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S Matthew Tuck & Michael Padget also provide the classic solo riffs and the backgrounds the fans are used to hearing. This exact sort of sounds has not been heard on BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S latest album "Temper Temper", but is more the sound that fans grew to love on their early, classic albums like "Poison" & "Fever" released in the earlier 2000s.

BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE's latest album is full of tracks that include things like "Worthless" and "Broken" where the typical, dark themes of heavy metal are covered including the feelings of someone having talk about someone feeling horrible, worthless, and used as well as broken, hurt, and angered. Apologies are not enough to change how these people feel better about what has happened to them. This lonely, heart-breaking feeling is something that is commonly-written about topics in the Metal community.

BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE have penned other songs that include things like "Army Of Noise" which is a shout-out tribute to their loud, rowdy, insane fans that keep coming out for the band tour after tour. They never leave the band's side no matter what, and it can be appreciated by the band at every turn that their fans are there to support them. This is a shout-out to those fans who have kept their careers alive no matter what the band seems to go through.

BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S latest album is a strong presence on the Metal scene as "Venom" is a strong return to the roots of BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S roots, and the sound their fans have craved since their last releases such as "Poison" and "Fever" back in the earlier 2000s. After a bit of a deviation from their traditional sound, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE'S on 2013s "Temper Temper", fans are thrilled to know that "Venom" sounds more like the classic BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE sound that they have come to know and love! BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE is back!
