Metal maniacs, rejoice! I am proud to present to you: ERGODIC; independently unsigned, hailing from the United States of America - performing Technical Death Metal, on their self-titled debut EP "Ergodic" (released 09/03/2020).

The quintet in question have unleashed their self-titled debut EP release to the metal community; 3 short but sweet tracks ranging at around 14 minutes, ERGODIC arrange an intricately designed formula of heavy-hitting Technical Death Metal amalgamations. "Exalted Ignorance" begins the EP; conveying amplified adrenaline, boistrously bouncy gnarliness & a crunchy dose of uniquely versatile vehemence. Implementing flamboyantly fast calamities, elementing hardened hymns of progressively rampant speed. Manifesting monstrously meaty ramifications of meticulous yet trailblazing pandemonium, ruthlessly striking thunderously quintessential virtuosity with potently quirky snappiness & vibrantly solid foundations of punchy jumpiness that will make anyone breal chairs over other chairs in a barraged frenzy of wildly rushing yet razor-sharp triggering.

Consisting of Zach Senicola on vocals; the frontman excels in a diligently detailed demonstrating of pumping out throaty raspiness, snarls that yell with grunty growls & blood-curdling effectiveness. "Veil Of Dementia" embellishes experimental diligence, hardened into a gritty flair of seamlessly sonic rhythms & riveting firepower. Expertly crafted with tight malevolence, mesmerizingly triumphant majesty & a borderline flow, concretely contrasting crushing momentum with primively rough rawness. Guitar duo Josh DelVendo & Joel Frazier establish a rocketing process of rapidly swift nimbleness, organic substance while polished with fluidly complex dexterity…dynamically forging captivating fabrications of prestigously persistent perseverence merged with salubriously specialist yet profusely robust stability.

Overall concluding the EP with the belting finale: "Lashed To Control"; featuring an abundant amount of galloping chugs, chaotic frolicking and rambunctiously piledriving battering from hammering drummer Matt Francis attributes an infectious injection of outrè panache which revolves around a groovy execution of steely precision and a distinctively distinguishable hybrid of volatile dimensions…injecting infectiously audible bass creativity from Ed Koziatek who portrays pulsating thumpiness with stompy shreds that rip with roaring mayhem. Subjugating relentlessly killer lacerations hastily harnessing a grandiose grandure of outbursting tempos with stampeding sound production melodies while wondering with maliciously savage remedies that thrash into an energetic enlightenment of extreme flourishments – culminating blast beating havoc and artistic harmonies that revel with rebellious yet sinister variety.

Bottom line; ERGODIC certainly outdone themselves with this one, their debut EP comprised of some constructively brusing inventivities. Immersively hardened with rich styles of vicious fidelity, frantically intensified into a bludgeoned landscape of remarkably splendid talent & potential. The vocals squeal with outlandish skill, while the musicianship oozes ominously neck-breaking fretworks that supplies sophisticated rituals of enlightening and fulfilling instrumental experiences. "Ergodic" is a great discovery for Death Metal fans, and I await further information with the next project in album form – do and go check it out!
