Everafter - Remember

Everafter
Remember

EVERAFTER are a London based band who have released their 2nd album, “Remember”. The band consists of 3 members Ivan Sheppard, and brothers Alexis &  Stefan Daperis. The new album follows their debut album Everything Is One back in 2014. The band have been together since 2010 and with 2 albums in 9 years they may not be the most productive band but what they lack quantity they make up for with quality. The new album “Remember” has 10 jumping tracks to sink your teeth into. Its a Hard Rock album with bite that’s got to be heard! The album is a great piece of Hard Rock music and is well worth a listen. EVERAFTER have done some gigs in and around London but have yet to go on a national or international tour.

Some of the tracks to listen out for on the album which stand out are “Remember All” a short track at 2 minutes 48 seconds with an excellent instrumental section. Another good song from the album is “Nightmare Weaver”, a track about the monster in your head who enters your dreams, a fine tune. You should also listen out for the song “For Return”. Its quite soft & slow song, ballad, a lovely melody with sweet acoustic tones. Furthermore I enjoyed other tracks on the album such as “Over You Tonight”, which brings us back into the electric guitars and drums beating in a regular pace again. A bit of a tear jerker of a song. One more spoiler is “On The Eventful Road” which is a track that lasts £ minutes 33 seconds and is a catchy little number from the “Remember” album.

Overall its a good album to tune into and turn up, easy to listen to and catchy guitar riffs throughout make it an album that could be played on repeat a few times. Id like to see the band produce more music as they have talent and prospects and have been established for some time now but as said, what the band lack in quantity they make up for in quality. With any luck we may see them do a national or international tour in the future and we can certainly look forward to more music from them in the future. This is an album you could listen to in any mood or just in a musical mood and it will get your feet tapping and your head banging. A well produced album which will lead to the next chapter for EVERAFTER.
