A beautiful guitar introduction into the title track
“Agony Of Doubt” which is also the name of this album from
SHEZOO. There is no doubt that this is not agony but joyfulness to the listener’s ears. It is not a zoo either. This is straight up Metal and all is good. This song has great drums and guitars.
“To You” is the second track off the album and has a great guitar beginning as well. The guitars will not disappoint anyone.
Good vocals throughout this album from
SHEZOO, this Swiss band knows how to rock. The most interesting start into a hard-driving song is on
“No Way Back”. Do not think one will lose control on the song
“Losing Control”. This heart riveting song will make one keep in control. There are great vocals, guitars, and drums. Very nice work here.
Mirror, Mirror on the wall who is the fairest of them all? The answer;
SHEZOO. “Mirror” slows the pace but keeps Rock alive. It is simply beautiful.
“His Heart Is Metal” , so is mine after hearing this great piece of musicianship. Very well done and produced.
“Cradle The Dead”, no it isn’t a horror movie title, it is track seven, and it is heart pounding Rock. It is well produced with great creativity.
“Living Dead Strangers” sounds like a bad date, but in reality, it is a hard guitar and drum driven song. Another good one from the band.
There has been
PRINCE with
“Purple Rain” and now there is
SHEZOO with
“Crimson Rain” and it is just as beautiful. A nice simple Metal song that is greatly done. This song will bring a tear to one’s eye because it is just that good. The final song on the album is called
“The Key”, maybe the key to Rock’n’Roll? Who knows, but it is a great way to end an good album.
“Agony Of Doubt” will have anyone happy and head banging one moment and then shedding a tear the next. Full of raw emotion and talent, this is a good album for anyone to listen to and become a fan of.
