The Memory - Eulogy For A Dead Ocean

The Memory
Eulogy For A Dead Ocean

Ever missed the intensity of Hardcore music when it first hit the mainstream? Do you want a comeback of the fast thrashy Hardcore music played by TERROR and COMEBACK KID? Well, THE MEMORY have exactly what you need with their latest album “Eulogy for a Dead Ocean”, and this is going to be heavy, destructive, and eargasmic for most fans of this genre.

THE MEMORY off this release with "Butterfly Effect" after the album’s intro and land their first bomb with the fast guitars, and the genre-defining vocals screamed by Giancarlo with pure ferocity. “Night of the Living Dead” continues on with the onslaught and cuts you down with more and more razor sharp sound waves. What’s the rest of the album like? Well, if each track here is a sword slash, you’d end up in little bits and pieces by the end of this release.

To be more fair, this album is a regular Hardcore album, but is purely rooted and dedicated in what listeners of this genre want to hear, and above all, the band are probably proud of this successful LP. I give this release 8 star, and a shout out to the record label that released it to begin with.
