The Devil Wears Prada - Plagues (CD)

The Devil Wears Prada

What do we have here? Hmmm, a bunch of stupid Myspace kids that have nothing to do in their lives and are decided to make us kill them because they are such pussies that they can't commit suicide themselves. Don't expect me to waste much time on this review…

The band with the worst name I have ever seen hails from Ohio and counts its quality with its views on its Myspace page, as well as the hits every song they have uploaded there has. They took part on Sound Of The Underground Tour with bands like CHIODOS and I think that there are many people that are stupid enough to waste their money to see this band performing live.

The band's music is a combination of Hardcore/Emocore and stuff like that, with the addition of uninspired keyboards. The vocals are both raw and melodic, making us cry because the love of our life left us or other sad stories. Every single composition is empty; I mean there is no meaning in the release of this album. What can you find interesting in an album with song titles like HTML Rulez D00d or Goats On A Boat?

Ok, I already said many things about Plagues. If you have a bad haircut and despite the thousands of times people beaten you up because you are an emo and you have to get a life you still cry because you exist, go and buy this album. Who knows? You may have the chance of dying along with the guys from the band!
